We are the factory, not the trading company in front of one. 18 production lines, 400,000 pieces a day, in-house printing, die cutting, valve sealing and packing — all on one site.
Our range covers the categories that actually turn over in party retail: handheld balloons and boppers (our largest line, 60+ designs), animal and cartoon shapes, number and letter balloons, bouquets, headbands, wrist wands, walking figures and 3D standees. 184 designs are held in stock with dies already cut, which is why a reprint does not carry a tooling charge.
We also produce confetti cannons and party poppers on the same site, so a mixed container of balloons and poppers ships on one set of documents.
Eighteen lines run printing, lamination, die cutting, valve sealing and inflation testing. Capacity is around 400,000 pieces a day across the range, with 15 spot colours on the widest presses.
Because the whole chain is under one roof, a colour change or a packaging tweak does not become a three-week conversation between suppliers — the person who approves your proof is standing next to the press that will run the order.
Inspection is not a final step here; it runs through the batch. Film thickness and metallisation are checked on arrival, print registration is checked at the start of each run, and seam strength plus valve function are tested on samples pulled from the line rather than from the top of the pile.
Finished goods are inspected to AQL before packing: colour registration, seam integrity, valve closure, inflation and appearance. Defects are rejected here, not on your customer's shelf. If you want a third-party inspection, we will host SGS or BV on site.
The range is produced to EN71 for the EU and ASTM F963 for the US, with an ISO9001 quality system behind it. Test reports are issued per material batch, so we can send the one that matches the production run you received rather than a generic certificate from three years ago.
If your market needs additional labelling — age warnings, importer details, recycling marks — send the requirement with the order and it is printed on the packaging, not stickered afterwards.
Stock designs start at 50 pcs per style. Printing your own artwork on an existing shape is also 50 pcs, because the die already exists. A new shape needs a die and starts at 5,000 pcs.
Sampling is free for stock designs; you cover the freight. For custom work we produce a printed film proof for colour and registration approval before anything is cut. Production runs 15–20 days after approval, and a first order is typically 30–40 days door to door by sea.
Cartons are sized for pallets rather than for a courier, which matters once an order passes a few hundred kilos: a 60×40×40 carton holds around 500 handheld balloons and stacks four high on a standard pallet. Retail-ready poly bags, header cards and barcodes are packed at the line, so nothing has to be re-worked in a warehouse.
We ship FOB Shantou or Shenzhen, CIF to your port, or DDP if you need the goods delivered to a warehouse. Documents — invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, test reports — are prepared for your customs broker, not left for you to chase.
Most first orders follow the same sequence: a stock sample to judge film and valve, a printed proof to judge colour, then a small run before a container. We support all three, and we would rather send a proof that shows a problem than a container that hides one.
If you are comparing three suppliers, ask each for the same three things: film thickness in microns, the valve type, and a 24-hour float test result from a recent batch. A supplier who answers "all our balloons float well" has not measured anything.
Buyers visit us in Chaozhou, walk the printing and sealing lines, and open cartons from a current batch rather than a display sample. If travel is not practical, we run a video walkthrough with the camera pointed at the line that will make your order.
We also meet buyers at the Canton Fair and the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair. If you are attending, tell us which designs you want to see and we will bring physical samples rather than a catalogue.
Three things show up after the first order: the price on a repeat, how quickly a defect claim is answered, and whether the shape matches the die that was actually used. A trading company has to re-quote each time, forwards claims to a third party, and cannot show you the die. We can show you all three on a video call.
