Fantasy Saber is part of our Handheld & Boppers range, Multi size. We make it in our own workshop in Chaozhou — printing, lamination, die cutting, valve sealing and packing all happen under one roof, which is why colour and shape stay consistent from batch to batch.
Buyers use designs like this for retail shelves and wholesale pallets: it holds its shape without a frame, works with helium or plain air, and the print does not flake in transit.
The film is metallised and laminated, then printed in up to 15 spot colours with Pantone matching. The outline is cut on a dedicated die and the seam is heat-sealed under controlled temperature — that seam is what decides whether a balloon holds gas for three days or a week.
Before packing, the batch is checked to AQL standards: colour registration, seam strength, valve function and finished appearance. Defects are rejected here, not on your customer's shelf.
Minimum order on stock designs is 50 pcs per style. For a new shape or a new die the minimum is 5,000 pcs. Production takes 15–20 days after artwork approval, and we quote within 24 hours.
Printing your own artwork, packaging under your brand (header cards, hang tags, bags, boxes) and multi-packs are all done in-house — no trading company in the middle.
